Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from The Fragrance Cabinet within a few minutes. This will include your order number, summary of items, and delivery details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact our support team and we’ll resend it to you right away.
What is the Return Policy?
At The Fragrance Cabinet, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances or samples that have been opened or tested.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or damaged in transit. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

How can I track my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders from The Fragrance Cabinet are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
