How can I contact The Fragrance Cabinet?

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately we currently only ship to the UK. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship all of our items from the UK.

How does the Try Before You Buy scheme work?

All of our Middle Eastern Samples we sell are eligible for our Try Before You Buy scheme. Meaning it offers you a chance to sell the fragrance before committing to a full bottle. You will have 30 days of receiving your sample to make a decision of whether you like the fragrance or not. 

If you decide you like the fragrance and go on to purchase a full bottle within us within 30 days. You will receive a full refund for your sample (Excluding delivery charges). The refund will take place on the order for the sample, to the billing information provided on that order.  

Are samples 100% authentic?

All of our samples are made to order, decanted into smaller size atomisers for you to try. 

Our work practice is fully hygienic ensuring there isn't no contamination with the fragrance. Using fragrances only purchased from authorised sellers, to ensure you receive 100% authentic fragrances. 

Will I receive Tracking with my order?

Depending on the Delivery service that you selected at checkout you may or may not have a tracking number provided. 

Orders shipped via First and Second class Royal Mail will not be provided with a tracking number. All orders shipped with a 24 or 48 Tracked Royal Mail service will receive a fully trackable, tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the cancelation or change has been made within 12 hours of placing your order or we haven't already dispatched your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover & Diners club). 

Shop Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay is accepted to be able to make checkout even smoother.

When will my order be processed? 

All of our orders are handled and shipped out of our UK warehouse. Please allow extra time during Holidays and Sale Seasons. We process orders 7 days a week. All orders will be processed within 1-2 days from the order date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Dependent of the service that you have selected at checkout will depend on the time period.

First class and 24 Tracked will be delivered between 1-3 Business days from the order date.

Second class and 48 Tracked will be delivered between 2-5 business days from the order date.

What if I don't receive my order? 

If you haven't received your order within 14 business days. Please email us at info@thefragrancecabinet.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue.

We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to come to a conclusion to what happened within transit.

How do I return an item?

If you receive your order and the product is defective, please contact us at info@thefragrancecabinet.co.uk. We will work with you to come up with the easiest solution for you.

A return address is attached to the shipping label stuck to all of our boxes.
