Unfortunately we currently only ship to the UK.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's tracked service. Once your item is packed, your tracking number will be updated.

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@Thefragrancecabinet.co.uk as soon as possible.
If you notice that you have entered an incorrect address, you must inform us as soon as possible. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.
If a parcel has been dispatched before we are notified of an incorrect address, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package from the provided address.
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will process a refund excluding the delivery charges and any fees incurred. You will need to repurchase the item with the correct address if necessary.
All of our orders are handled and shipped from our UK warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Saturday, and all orders will be processed within 1-2 days from the order date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
For an even smoother checkout experience, you can also use Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
Additionally, we offer flexible payment options through Klarna, so you can shop with ease.
Dependent of the service that you have selected at checkout will depend on the time period.
First class and 24 Tracked will be delivered between 1-3 Business days from the order date.
Second class and 48 Tracked will be delivered between 2-5 business days from the order date.
If you haven't received your order within 14 business days. Please email us at info@thefragrancecabinet.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue.
We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to come to a conclusion to what happened within transit.
If you receive your order and the product is defective, please contact us at info@thefragrancecabinet.co.uk. We will work with you to come up with the easiest solution for you.
